Take a moment to breathe


Have you ever had a moment or many moments of OVERWHELM when there is so many things going on , or you have a humongous to-do list or you fear you won't have time to finish what you need to do?

TRY THIS >>>>>

Where ever you are (in the room, at your desk, in the bathroom, at the supermarket; alone, with your kids, with people etc)

  • Find a space or a corner and close your eyes.

  • Make sure your feet is grounded, or bum is seated somewhere.

  • Be a solid rock as you take 3-5 deep breaths in and out of nostrils. If you can, take extra sips of air before exhale.

  • Stay longer if you have time.

Do this mini relaxation exercise anytime throughout the day.
