This is not a review of the Baptiste level 3 training. Instead I share with you my learnings, my discoveries, my experiences and my reflections from this yoga life teacher training. Warning: It’s a very long post.
You may or may not ever attend a baptiste yoga class or Baptiste training, but be willing to drop what you know, and just be in pure listening. You never know, you might discover something new about yourself.
My biggest takeway is discovering what my life is for. My life is for empowering my family and my community to live life courageously from the heart. With purpose and kind determination.
Baptiste Yoga is for anyone who is willing and ready!
Baptiste Level 1 Training is for you even if you are not teacher. It is not merely a yoga teacher training program but a yoga life training program - it trains you take charge of your life through asana, meditation and inquiry. ⠀⠀
And It can transform your life if you are ready and willing to do the work. It transformed mine in more ways than one.
