If you’ve been with me since I started Braving Infertility, I always say that yoga helped me stay calm through all the ups and down of IVF.

My practice gave me a lot of tools that gave me the space to grow and shift my mindset. And one of those tools is balancing effort with ease, which comes from the Yoga Sutra “Sthira Sukham Asanam.”
